Why aren't you open 7 days a week?Our current staffing situation does not provide us the flexibility to be open every day of the week unfortunately.

Do you accept "walk-ins"?The short answer is no, we don't. Having a limited staff coupled with family-work balance, we prefer going by appointment only to maximize our efficiency and the quality of service provided. If I have an "emergency", can you take me in?Maybe, depending on availability and the time frame you would like to come in to resolve your issue. Why was the store closed when I dropped by during your opening hours?We are sorry this happened and apologize for the inconvenience Due to staff availability, there may be situations where we need to close our doors unexpectedly, regardless of the published spa hours. Like you, we have family and other obligations which sometimes are out of our control. This is also exactly why we do not accept walk-ins and operate by appointment only. You are encouraged to book an appointment directly using our online booking system to ensure that we can meet and exceed your aesthetic needs.
